A spectacular dining event featuring dishes created especially for the evening by Nobu chefs from 15 cities around the world. The night starts with champagne and canapes, followed by a 6-course seated dinner, each course paired with a palate-pleasing alcoholic beverage. Nobu chefs will perform cooking demonstrations between courses, while the live band plays elegant music.

The ultimate brunch experience, with 80 signature dishes playing center stage at the lavish spread. This gourmet affair will be presented by 15 chefs, the creme de la creme of Nobu kitchens, and the master himself, Nobu Matsuhisa. Complementing the fusion fare will be a range of wines, spirits, champagne and sake as well as upbeat tunes mixed by DJ Vinyl.
