Superstar Shah Rukh has recently endorsed Aristocrat Star, PAL Developments and Pacific Ventures real estate project ‘The Royal Estate’.

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri are taking their relationship to a new level: They are now working together on a real estate project in Dubai called The Royal Estate, According to a spokesperson from developer Pacific Ventures, Khan is the face of their Dubai Investments Park project, while his wife Gauri will be handling the interior design. The Happy New Year star is due in Dubai on August 6 to talk up the project with the local press and well-heeled guests at a private event at Madinat Jumeirah. It’s yet to be confirmed if Gauri will attend the launch party.

Legendary bollywood film star Shah Rukh Khan is not well-versed in the property business, but this may not be the case in the future as one of the UAE’s most-promising real estate projects has secured his endorsement for The Royal Estate.

Celebrating the stability and positive pulse of the UAE’s real estate sector Aristocrat Star, PAL Developments and Pacific Ventures have announced Bollywood’s ‘King Khan’ - Shah Rukh Khan’s endorsement for their stately real estate project “The Royal Estate”.

The aesthetic and plush 2.3 million square feet gated community located in Dubai Investments Park features 2000 units comprising of apartments, villas, boutique retail spaces, an office complex and a luxury hotel all of which will exude the trademark Shah Rukh Khan grandeur.

The couple, who already own a home on Palm Jumeirah, will be in town next week to launch The Royal Estate project. King Khan is the face of the brand and the interiors have been designed by Gauri.
